We sit today more than ever and our health is paying the price. In this workshop we will explore the negative effects of sedentarism and discuss the difference between being physically active and sedentary. Many people believe that is they get in their 3-5 workouts each week that they are good to go but the harsh reality is that, that isn't necessarily true. Join us as we explore the most impactful and meaningful ways to be active and avoid negative health effects of sitting all day. We'll talk about the best ways to move your body even while sitting.
